COPENHAGEN FASHION WEEK: A PREVIEW

Copenhagen Fashion Week will launch tomorrow, followed by three days of runways shows: three days of Scandinavian clothing, in other words. I've examined the schedule, and gathered for you a little preview of that what Copenhagen has to offer in terms of fashion. And I must admit, it sure looks good!

Wednesday, August 7:
21:00 - 22:00: Jean// Philip. Ok, it's men's fashion - but this Danish Couture Brand is one of my CPH FW13  favourites already. Pictures from the AW2012 collection!

Thursday, August 8:
17:00 - 18:00: Baum und Pferdgarten. No words needed, see for yourself (pictures from AW2013 collection)

20:00 - 21:00: Designers Remix. This could be expected here, as I already blogged about the brand's prefall collection yesterday - and nothing has changed since then, I'm still crazy about this Danish designer brand. So what to expect? Below is a short impression of the AW2013 collection (pictures from the DR website).

Friday, August 9

11:00 - 12:00: Stine Ladefoged. Keywords: simplicity and innovative detailing (according to the website). The picture is from the AW2012 campaign, and represents something new (and innovative) that somehow caught my attention - design knitwear with an art twist? Anyhow, really looking forward to the show next Friday!

21:00 - 22:00: Bibi Chemnitz. The grande finale, so to speak. What we have here is a raw Scandinavian design brand with perhaps the most wearable items from the day (but don't pin me down on that). Anyhow, the AW2013 collection lookbook on the website is very promising, with (amongst others) awesome sweaters - the one to the right is my absolute favourite (picture from Avant Hard).
